Definitions : CONTENT  LICENSING  TERMS are in specific reference to the following :


"  i ' j  or i'j  "  product means merchandise & digital content produced by , for or as licensed to and from Alijandro Z. for whom  HSC Limited is the exclusive European distributor.

The company , HSC Ltd constitutes the group of brands, designs, products, names , businesses, consultancies , courses , webinars, trademarks, logos and all intellectual property licensed by or owned by HSC  Limited or its subsidiaries.

Campaigns : editorial in marketing content .

Campaigns : the copy inherent in editorial and campaigning for the purposes of marketing activities  is subject to the copyright of authors and assignees commissioned by the Alijandro Z.Ltd /HSC organisations and / or subsidiaries.


1.Site Changes


We aim to keep this website fresh and inspiring. We create timely editorial to replace content that becomes out-dated or out-of-season, and move and expand portions of the site. We cannot guarantee that something you may have seen on a previous visit will still feature on our website when you visit again. We reserve the right to make changes to the website without prior notice.

2.             Product display


We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. Measurements are approximate to the nearest half centimetre and quarter inch. HSC or Alijandro Zvuri ( www.consultants.highsociety.org ) cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product. All offers are subject to availability.


3.             Product availability


Many (but not all) of our featured items may also available in retail partner stores in limited quantities and because of their limited availability, stock may not be replenished. Please note that not all stock will be available in all stores and we recommend that you telephone the relevant store to check availability of the product before making a visit.


4.             Product Pricing


Prices detailed are in £ Sterling and inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted with MasterCard, Visa, American Express and by Switch / Maestro.


We take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations please return it with proof of purchase to us within 14 days and we will arrange an immediate exchange or refund. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been stamped or embossed. This does not affect your statutory rights. See section 18 for returns.



In the rare event of a product price discrepancy, the purchase price of the product on the Alijandro Zvuri / HSC ( www.consultants.highsociety.org ) website prevails over the price that may appear on the delivery or product packaging. You will always be charged the price that is displayed on the checkout page. If the price is reduced after you purchased the item at full price, we cannot refund the difference. We will endeavour to inform you at least 12 hours prior to any promotional activity that will take place on our website, however in exceptional circumstances promotions on our website may be added without prior notice.We reserve the right to amend prices without notice. All transactions are subject to HSC LtdLimited standard conditions of sale, dated :10th January 2011.  Prices are correct at time of going to press.


There are three types of vouchers that can be used on the Alijandro Zvuri ( www.consultants.highsociety.org ) website : Gift Vouchers and eVouchers and BBT cards the ' (buybytext' gift card for SMS ordering).


5.             Gift Vouchers

1.     Once you scratch off the silver foil and enter the voucher code into the website, we will validate the code, the value and the expiry date. If everything is correct, we will take the value against your order.

2.     Once you have scratched off the silver foil from your Gift Voucher you will not be able to use any value of the Gift Voucher in partner stores. You will be able to use any remaining value online.

3.     If the order is for more than the value of the Gift Voucher, we will take the full amount shown on the Gift Voucher and any partial payment due from a credit/debit card.

4.     If the order is for less than the value of the Gift Voucher, we will convert the remaining balance to an eVoucher and you can use it against future online orders only. Please keep your voucher code in a safe place for when you need it next as we do not keep records of voucher codes against customer names.

5.     Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.



1.     eVouchers are for online use only.

2.     You will receive an eVoucher if:

1.             You have paid for goods using a Gift Voucher or an eVoucher in full or partial payment of an order.

2.             You have been issued it by our ' hi'j'hflyer' customer service team as recompense for an error we have made.

3.             Where vouchers have been used as a payment method for an online order (part or full payment), any item that is returned within that order will be refunded back first in eVouchers to the same value that was originally spent in vouchers, with the balance being refunded to the payment card. Returns in store will be refunded in Gift Vouchers.

4.             You can check the balance of eVouchers and converted Gift Vouchers by entering the codes in the My eVouchers section in My Account. Each time you enter a voucher code as payment, the balance will be reduced.

6.             Vouchers and Fraud Checks


As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders and where vouchers have been used as a part tender for an online order, and the credit card fails fraud checking, the redeemed value against that voucher will not be reversed.


7.             Vouchers and Customer Service


We're always happy to help with your order, but if you intend to enter a voucher code against an order but then forget to do so, unfortunately our customer service team cannot do it retrospectively for you. Please note: Gift Vouchers or eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.


8.             Promotional codes


We cannot retrospectively apply a promotional code to your order. If you place an order without correctly applying the promotional code, we will be unable to reimburse you the discount once the order has been placed. If you are having difficulty applying your code or believe your code to be faulty, please contact our call centre who will gladly investigate for you. Please note: To receive FREE secured delivery, only for UK orders,  the total amount of £200 or more must be payable after any promotional discounts have been applied to your order.


9.             Website errors


We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, graphical errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability. We and our partners/service-suppliers try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether you wish continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. As a visitor to, and user of this website, you must assume full responsibility for any costs associated with the servicing of equipment employed in connection with your use of our site. "License Agreement" is the agreement established legally between you and "Alijandro Z. Limited" in respect of the " i'j " product of "Alijandro Z. Limited", including the written materials, relevant medias and possibly the on-line or electronic documents. Once you have installed, copied or used the current " i'j' product by any other means, it means that you have accepted to be bound by the clauses of the "License Agreement" hereof. Do not use " i'j " product if you choose not to agree with the clauses of the "License Agreement".


 "Alijandro Z. Limited" owns the copyright of all  " i'j " product, and is protected by  Copyright Law, the Universal Copyright Convention and the other laws and rules of intellectual property. Therefore you are not allowed to make copies of the " i ' j" product and/or instructions, brochures as well as other written materials; nor make use of any means to obtain and use the electronic files of program code, literal materials, pictures, images, music and sound etc. of the " i'j " product.


    The "" i'j " product" is only for authorised for private individual use and not for sales of copyright.


a. Limitations


    You should keep all the marks of copyright on copies of the " i'j " product. You are not allowed to carry out any reverse engineering, to de-compile or disassemble, nor perform any composition or decomposition, analysis or modification to the " i'j " product, except with expressed written permission from HSC Ltd. You should observe all the rights and laws related to the use of the " i'j " product..


b. Termination


    If you fail to observe the clauses and conditions of the "License Agreement", "Alijandro Z. Limited" is entitled to terminate the "License Agreement" under the condition of not affecting any other rights thereof. And you should delete or destroy all copies of the " i'j " product immediately, having surrendered details of recipients and server locations, service providers and any parties engaged with unauthorized use of '  i ' j product


c. Copyright


    i.All the proprietary right and copyright related to the " i'j " product and its copies belong to"Alijandro Z. Limited". The proprietary right and the intellectual right of the contents and the information accessed through the " i'j " product remain under the proprietorship of the corresponding owner of the materials, and are protected by the relevant Copyright Law or the other intellectual property laws and rules. The "License Agreement" doesn't constitute any authorisation to you to use the content of such materials or the usage of logos , names or brands that are owned trademarks of HSC Ltd.

d. Acknowledgement and Confirmation



Damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of the provisions of this agreement and, accordingly, without prejudice to any and all other rights or remedies that Discloser may have against the Recipient the Discloser shall be entitled without proof of special damage to the remedies of injunction, specific performance and other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of the provisions of this agreement.

You acknowledge that any data downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Service is done at Your own risk and that We are not endorsing or associating with any particular person or event that may be featured within the Service.


6. You further acknowledge that You are only entitled to use the Service for lawful purposes, for Your own personal, private use and will not use the Service in breach of our or any third parties intellectual property rights in the Service.


7. You recognise that the Service may, from time to time, be adversely affected by events outside our control. 13.           Events beyond our reasonable control


We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

14.           Waiver


If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

15.           VAT


For customers residing in Jersey and Guernsey, please note: any items purchased from the Alijandro Zvuri ( www.consultants.highsociety.org ) website are inclusive of VAT. This is a UK registered website and we have no legal obligation to supply items with zero VAT. All queries relating to VAT should be made to the HM Customs on 0845 010 9000.

16.           Governing law and jurisdiction


These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

To return or exchange products

At Alijandro Zvuri (www.consultants.highsociety.org  ), we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not, and you wish to return a product (excluding those outlined below), you may do so within 28 days of the despatch date, as long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If you have made any purchases between 23rd October and 24th December , then you have until 19th January to return them, as we will have extended the date for the festive season.

Where promotions are applied to orders, the proportional discount will be applied to each item in the basket and that proportion will be refunded in the event of a return. You may return products to our partner stores at point of purchase or by authorised post or courier free of charge.


Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns to store


19.           UK Orders

If you wish to return a product, please  return the Delivery Note with it (we'd suggest keeping a copy for yourself aswell) as proof of purchase. Our customer services department will refund or exchange your product. You do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods and if relevant, any packaging whilst they are in your possession and during transit to the store. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, Alijandro Zvuri/HSC ( www.consultants.highsociety.org ) reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss. Please ensure you return the original undamaged packaging along with the item(s) you are unhappy with. We cannot accept returns in partner stores or via courier without the Delivery Note.


Returns by post or courier

20.           To return any products in a re-saleable condition (excluding those above) please;


§ For all UK orders use the pre-paid label supplied with the dispatch note and attach it to the re-packaged parcel.



Please tick which items you are returning and fill in the relevant returns code on the Delivery Note, then return the Delivery Note with your products in the original packaging. We will credit the refund to your payment card account within 2 working weeks of receiving the returned product (Please note your bank may take up to 21 working days to credit your account with the refunded amount). We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned, and request that you ask the Post Office to stamp the Proof of Posting label when returning products by post. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during the refund process.


If you decide to arrange a courier collection to pick up the product you are returning to us, please note that we can confirm the day of collection, but we are unable to guarantee a specific time. The collection of returned products will take place between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be rare occasions when the courier is unable to attend on the specified day. On these occasions, regrettably we are unable to offer any compensation for loss of earnings incurred as a result of the courier not collecting on the specified day or for you not being present at the time of collection. We will do our utmost to ensure that returned products are collected on the specified day, however you may wish to consider returning the product in store or by post free of charge.

Reasons for return

§ If unwanted products are in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, excluding the cost of postage and packing. If we believe that the product has been used or if it has been opened or if the packaging has been tampered with, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

§ If the product is incorrect, faulty or damaged, we will tell you how to return it and we will refund the purchase price of the product, including postage & packaging as soon as we receive the original one from you. If you would like to purchase the product again or if you have any further queries, please contact our Fraserline team.



21.           Items lost in post


If the expected delivery date has exceeded and you have still not received part or all of your purchased items, please contact our Support line on 07092 102828.


We will investigate this matter with our couriers and this could take up to 5 working days. However, our call centre agents will arrange a call back time to keep you informed. Please note we can only entertain claims for lost items within 30 days of despatch.

Returns lost in post

If you've returned unwanted items to us and you have not received a refund within 30 working days of postage, please contact our Support line on 07092 102828 so they can investigate this matter further. Please note it may take your bank up to 21 working days to credit your account with the refunded amount. We are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may have incurred during the refund process.

In order to look into this matter, we will send you a letter. Please complete the relevant details and return it to us with proof of postage (this applies to Royal Mail post only). If the item was returned by courier, please inform the call centre who will be able to locate the details. The process can take up to 5 working days before we are able to update you on the progression of the investigation.


22.           PRIVACY POLICY


We understand that your privacy is important and we will treat any personal information you provide to us as confidential and this will only be used and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We promise to look after your personal information and we will not sell any information about you to any other party.

We will only collect information about you if you willingly provide it. Please ensure you update your personal details if any of your details change. In order to do any of the following, you will need to provide us with certain details:

The following are in addition to the HSC.UK ( Holistic Success Consultancy ) standard Terms and Conditions , and Privacy Policy with respect to Authorised Affiliates/Partners and their International Territorial Jurisdiction for patent-pending delivery of the QLAB.EFT System™



In order to safeguard confidentiality and deliver genuine content and optimum results with the registered recipient, client and/or student the HSC site contains a database of Authorised Teaching and Practitioner Personnel- available on request -  to ensure authorised genuine content is being taught.



The student is expected to follow all Registration steps and complete the Deposit and full payment requirements for beginning and engaging in the course as advised by the Authorised Tutor.


It is mandatory to accept and implement the requirements of the class, otherwise the tuition is halted, or if attendance or assignments are repeatedly missed and,or delayed,class membership can be terminated solely at the tutor’s discretion.


The student must keep confidential the course content, and avoid discussing  material disclosed with non-attendees and/or members of the general public especially with non-registered persons of the HSC QLAB.EFT System™


ONLY the registered recipient is entitled to stream the course strictly for personal education purposes only . Under no circumstance is any recipient authorised to represent , broadcast or teach without express permission in writing from HSC.UK. www.consultants.highsociety.org.


ONLY upon the successful completion of courses and by attaining benchmarked results with adherence and training in our Best Practice Policy can students apply via the Tutor to partner with HSC , and become an authorised Certified Licensee/Distributor of the QLAB.EFT System™



For accurate and optimised results it is vitally important that the student should adhere to and follow only the practices outlined in the HSC Course ;the content  should remain free from interference of any external methods,teachings, knowledge and experimentation unless specified by the tutor.


Experiential results can only be achieved by strictly adhering to provided Guidelines. HSC and or its Partners are in no way responsible or liable for any mix and match or confusion arising from previously learnt or implemented practices and we take no responsibility or arising distress or confusion whatsoever UNLESS HSC UK Guidelines are wholly and exclusively followed.


In Cases where ONLY HSC.UK Practices are followed with students full commitment WE GUARANTEE:


The tutor  takes responsibility to deliver the course, to guide the students in learning and living the methods , for satisfactory experiential results.


The service provider Tehran Healing Arts endeavours to cover all the lessons based on the designated syllabus, and takes responsibility to use available resource platforms to provide the service in A/V , email and where appropriate audio format.



It should be noted that we make no claim of recipients full recovery from issues which would normally need more than a class, and would take multiple one-to-one sessions to overcome.


The purpose of the QLAB.EFT System™ classes is to give a fundamental grounding, experience and teaching in the history and practical application of Eastern Healing Arts and their contrasting dissemination in the West .


Students are expected to be self-motivated and capable of organising work-flow and provide feedback on a regular basis , suggestions will be provided but full commitment to the program is expected from students.



Contact with the tutor has to be done within pre-scheduled timings, announced in relevant groups and websites.


Any extra fees,levied as deposits, security or in way of overpayment except for non-attendance, will be returned less a clerical handling fee. Deductions will be made for absenteeism unless informed 48 hours in advance.



Assessment and practical adherence to tutor recommendations  are necessary for advancing through the selected HSC  program / module / class/ course.

Any discrepancies are at the sole discretion of the assigned tutor.


Students will be assessed in order to progress through the class stages as this is a pre-requisite to further courses.



All the activities during the class will be according to the content provided in the QLAB.EFT System™ and adhere to or exceed HSC Best Practice Policy



Note-taking is a necessity during the classes for students and will be needed in order to submit summaries in forms and emails to the tutor at the end of classes.


HSC Professionals and our Partners conduct themselves with respect and courtesy at all times in delivering our programs. We expect all students,in commnuication, both electronic and in person , to maintain a professional and polite manner


Clients and student should know ANY misbehaviour or malicious action, whether intended or unintended ,will lead to immediate termination of service-agreement and , where appropriate legal action against the instigating party.


Interaction Content is recorded to maintain and monitor Best Practice Policy.


Where any discrepancy exists in translation the UK terms should be referred to.

In case of any escalated disputes that are unsatisfactorily resolved with the local organisation, and with any and all legal matters arising we will revert to the jurisdiction of British Law.
