My name is Samira Jamshed. I am a graduate in Social Work and Economics and I majored in Journalism. I am a certified yoga instructor, Qigong Energy Healer and EFT Practitioner.  I am a motivated, results-driven individual aiming to guide and teach through my customized techniques in yoga and EFT.  I have been practicing yoga for the past five years and EFT for three years.

I got my yoga training from Karachi, from The institute of Mind Sciences, as well as my preliminary training in EFT.

I received my experiential training in  EFT practice from  HSC UK.

I also take a keen interest in great nutrition as medicine and natural remedy.

 

I find happiness in helping souls benefit with better health in every area of life by tackling issues such as stress, depression, weight-loss, goal achievement, anxiety, hyper-tension and diabetes etc.  These issues can make anyone’s life miserable enough to lose peace of mind. I guide and help my clients in overcoming their issues with the benefit of my own experience, resulting in clients achieving phenomenal results. 

The best way to guide and assist is to encourage and allow awareness intuitively. Nature also has freely available resources which I include in my work.  I like to use these non-intrusive natural tools to help Souls find their own enlightenment, this is my passion and this is what brings me joy. I am grateful to The Almighty that He enabled me to intuitively help both old and young even with my teaching experience both in schools and yoga classes.
